This site does not ask you for data and does not follow you from site to site. It counts visits anonymously and publishes data about ranked athletes. This page explains exactly what data, on what basis, and how you can intervene.

For athletes entered in the federation's competitions the site publishes: surname and given name, year of birth, town, ranking points, match results and, where they exist, the club and the coach.
This data comes from the official competition sheets and from the federation's ranking system. We publish it because organising and publishing the national competitions is the federation's statutory task: a ranking nobody can check is not a ranking.
Sporting results remain published indefinitely. They are the federation's competition archive, and a result deleted retroactively would falsify the record of a competition.
The photographs in the gallery are taken at public competitions organised or sanctioned by the federation, and show the participants during play or at the prize-giving.
If you appear in a photograph and would rather it were not published — or if you are the parent or legal representative of a photographed minor — write to info@mttf.md naming the album and the photograph. We take it down without asking why.
The site has no public accounts, newsletter or comments, shows no advertising and uses no other company's tracking tools (Google Analytics, advertising pixels and the like).
Instead we count visits with a system of our own, to know which pages are useful. For each page viewed we keep: the page address, the language, the site you came from (the domain name only), the kind of device (computer, phone, tablet), the browser, the operating-system family and the country.
Your IP address is not kept. So that the same person is not counted twice in a day, the IP address and the browser's signature are turned into an irreversible code using a random key that changes every day and is deleted the day after. From then on the code cannot be linked to anyone, not even by us.
Detailed records are deleted after 90 days; only daily totals remain (for example, “120 views of the Ranking page”). Search-engine robots and federation members signed in to the admin panel are not counted.
The basis is the federation's legitimate interest in improving its site. The count uses no cookies and can be switched off at any time in the cookie settings, linked from the footer of every page.
The search runs entirely in your browser; what you search for goes nowhere.
The site sets no cookies. What it keeps in your browser, and which outside services may set cookies of their own, is set out in the Cookie policy.
News, albums and documents are published by members of the federation through an admin panel that can only be reached with an account and a password.
For each member we keep the name, email address, role (administrator, editor or view-only) and when they last signed in. Passwords are only ever stored hashed, and nobody can read them, administrators included.
Anyone who asks for access to the panel gives a name, an email address and a reason. The request is seen only by administrators and is deleted when it is refused or removed from the list.
A member's data is kept for as long as they have an account. When the account is deleted, their access data goes with it; what they published stays on the site as part of the federation's archive.
Like any site, this one cannot be loaded without the servers delivering it seeing your IP address. Here they all are:
The federation's web host — serves the pages and keeps ordinary technical logs (IP address, page requested, time), used only for security and troubleshooting.
Supabase — hosts the panel's database (news, albums, documents, statistics, members' accounts) and the files uploaded through the panel, on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Every page asks it for the panel's updates, so Supabase sees the IP address. Supabase acts only on the federation's instructions.
Google Fonts — the page's fonts are downloaded from Google, on every page. Google receives the IP address and the usual request data.
Google Maps and YouTube — the maps (on the Contact page and the club profiles) and the videos in news articles load only if you allow them in the cookie settings or press the button on the map or video. Only then does Google receive the IP address, and it may set cookies of its own.
ligas.io — on the Ranking page only, where the browser asks the federation's ranking system directly for the updated ranking.
Some of these companies are based outside the Republic of Moldova (in the European Union or the United States). We send them nothing about you beyond what the service strictly needs to work.
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to ask for corrections to anything wrong, to ask for its erasure, to object to the processing and to ask that it be restricted.
Requests go to info@mttf.md and are answered within 30 days at the latest. To correct a result or a points total, name the competition and the date — we check it against the official competition sheet.
Visit statistics cannot be linked to a person, so we cannot find or delete one person's visits; you can, however, switch them off at any time in the cookie settings.
If you believe you have been wronged, you may approach the National Centre for Personal Data Protection (datepersonale.md). Visitors from the European Union may approach the supervisory authority in their own country.
Pages are served over HTTPS only. The database, through rules checked on every request, allows nothing but reading published content; any change needs an account with the right permissions, and the statistics and access requests are visible only to authorised members.
If we learn of a security breach that affects your data, we will tell you and the competent authority, as the law requires.
The date of the last update is given at the head of the page. Substantive changes will be announced on the news page.
