A training camp brought to a successful close
From 3 to 6 July 2026 the Table Tennis Federation of the Republic of Moldova held, in Bălți, the training camp of the U-15 and U-19 national squads, in preparation for the European Junior and Cadet Championships taking place from 10 to 19 July 2026 in Gondomar, Portugal.
The camp was attended by members of the U-15 and U-19 national squads together with the coaches Oleg Șaric, Adam Mihai and Iacubenco Arsenii, who will accompany the Republic of Moldova's team to the continental competition. Veniamin Dubrovin, a member of the senior national squad and an entrant at the World Championships in London, also joined the preparation, his experience and standard of play helping to make the sessions high-quality ones.
Over the four days of preparation the players trained intensively, working on their technical and tactical game, on physical and mental readiness, and on team spirit. The camp ended successfully, giving players and coaches valuable preparation before the season's most important European competition.
