Sângerei District Table Tennis Cup
Sângerei District Table Tennis Cup — 20 December 2025 🏓 The Table Tennis Federation of the Republic of Moldova is glad to report the running of the Sângerei District table tennis cup, held on 20 December 2025. The competition brought together talented athletes from several places in Sângerei district as well as from Bălți, Chisinau, Ialoveni, Orhei and Drochia, producing fine matches and a high competitive standard.
As has become a fine tradition, the Table Tennis Federation, led by its president Mr Oleg ȘARIC and board member Victor RAUH, brought gifts for the children — table tennis shoes, shirts, hoodies and training balls — supporting the development of young talent.
🏅 A particular moment of the event was the award to Mr Roman MIȚIC, director of the “Dumitru Atanasov” Sports School in Sângerei district and coach of its table tennis section, who received the federation's Diploma of Gratitude for his valuable contribution to developing and promoting table tennis in the region.
🎁 Special thanks to the OLIMPICUL Sports Club, led by club president Anatolie ȘPAC and vice-president Ivan SACARA, who gave the children sweets and added to the joy on the eve of the winter holidays.
Our thanks also to the leadership of Sângerei district for supporting and organising this fine championship.
