VLADISLAV URSU PUTS ON A SHOW AT WTT FEEDER OLOMOUC 2025 🏓 The Table Tennis Federation of the Republic of Moldova offers its sincere congratulations to our athletes on their exceptional performances at the international WTT Feeder Olomouc 2025, held from 28 to 31 August in Olomouc, Czechia.

🔥 Vladislav URSU was once again the centre of attention, putting on a real show in the men's singles with an impressive run:

✅ Round of 64 — a 3-1 win over the experienced Mihai BOBOCICA (Italy) ✅ Round of 32 — 3-2 in a dramatic match with Mateusz ZALEWSKI (Poland) ✅ Round of 16 — a clear 3-0 over Japan's Shunto IWAIDA ✅ Quarter-finals — 3-0 against Japan's Yuto MARAMATSU, 81st in the world 🌍 ❌ Semi-finals — lost 2-3 in a very close match to Iran's Noshad ALAMIYAN, who went on to win the tournament 💥 Another chapter of success for Vladislav URSU, who is becoming harder and harder to stop on the international stage!

🥉 In the men's doubles, Vladislav URSU and Andrei PUȚUNTICĂ reached the semi-finals after two fascinating matches. In the fight for a place in the final they lost 1-3 to the Japanese pair Yuto ABE / Sota NODA.

🥈 In the mixed doubles, Vladislav URSU and Alexandra CHIRIACOVA reached the final after a convincing run. There they were beaten 1-3 by the Japanese pair Kazuki YOSHIYAMA / Yuna OJIO.

👏 These results confirm the continuing rise of Moldovan table tennis on the international stage. Congratulations to our athletes for their determination, their work and their ambition!
