A meeting at the Ministry of Education and Research

On 24 June 2024 the president of the Table Tennis Federation of the Republic of Moldova, Mr Sarandi Ion, its secretary general, Mrs Mocrousov Elena, and the athlete qualified for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, International Master of Sport of the Republic of Moldova Ursu Vladislav, visited the Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova at the invitation of the state secretary for youth and sport, Mr Gurin Sergiu.

The state secretary congratulated the Table Tennis Federation on the first Olympic qualification in the history of the sport in Moldova. He also noted the increased interest in developing table tennis in the Republic of Moldova since that qualification.
